    Hi everyone,
I came across this spice box and wondered if anyone has any information on it.
It in perfect condition and has - Pat Nov 17, 68. On the bottom of the box as well as the bottom of each slice container.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Hi Jane, and WELCOME! Can we see an image of the side of the lid and spice box where they were 'seamed' together please? Thanks....that might help in determining age of it....although it looks pretty thin and smooth to be too old....the '68 to me, I'm thinking is 1968.....'course that WOULD make it 50 years old!

Faux Shaker box? Looks just right for the 1960s hippie-dippie, back to the earth, commune esthetic. Don't think you'll ever be able to identify manufacturer though.

Looks fine for 19th century to me - have seen that set before and have no reason to doubt its age (nice that you have all the containers)...

Just as an added note, US patents were/are always issued on Tuesdays - Nov. 17, 1968 was a Sunday...
