Anyone ever seen this strange SI LV ER mark?

    The mark is the word SILVER broken into 3 cartouches, the spoon is large @ about 9” long.

    Could be Johnny, only I’ve not seen it broken up like this and the design didn’t strike me as Chinese even for an export piece.
