Featured Anybody know the maker on this necklace?

Hi Everyone. I was away for a few days. Off to see Phantom of the Opera Play with Son and grandkids. Picked up this lovely necklace at a second hand place on our way home. It is signed Siop twice on the solid neck piece. I am not having any luck finding out who it is or where it was made. From the neck piece down to the end of the leaves it is 13 mm in length. I call it a runway piece. The turquoise beads look to be faux. They all match in color but only 4 of the 5 have black lines thru them. Any help with the maker and where it came from would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It's relatively new, so my guess is it was made in China. I have no idea who that maker is.

 

The maker is actually YSIOP.
