Any thoughts on this incense burner / censer?

    Hi everyone,
    I've got a metal incense burner here which I have absolutely no context for. It's in very good condition, although the interior and undersides are pretty much black from wear. I've been able to find an example with an almost identical design on the body, and the lister says that theirs is a 19th century example from the 'Far East'. The lid is different though. I'm not 100% confident on which metal is used, it looks like brass to me.

    Any thoughts as to a possible age or origin? Thanks in advance for any help!

    It looks like it may have been spray painted.
