Any Nicodemus Pottery peeps here??

    I live in Ohio so it isn't unusual to come across Nicodemus pieces occasionally. I bought this little UNMARKED donkey. He looks and smells like Nicodemus but I don't know..... aDSC05599 (1).JPG aDSC05603 (1).JPG

    Hardly ever see Nicodemus. When I have found pieces, it sells well. Don't know enough about your figure other than to say the clay color looks right.

    There use to be a Nicodemus website run by a grandson, if I remember correctly. I don't know if it's still out there online anymore. He would ID things if you sent pictures.

    I had a bird figurine with dark red clay and Nicodemus looking glaze. He looked at it and said it was not Nicodemus. A long time later, I finally ID'ed it as Austrian pottery.
