Any Info on Very Unusual Curled Dragon Letter/Document Seal(?) Stamp(?)

This is another cool piece I found today at my local thrift store - It looks like a oriental stamp or seal? I thought they dipped them in wax & then pressed against a letter or document? Because mine looks like you would press it into a ink pad & then stamp your letter? (although the bottom is red which it would be if dipped in melted wax because that's usually red in the movies, right?!)

It's larger than one I had before (it's just under 5" tall x 1.25" wide at bottom)

Another unusual thing is it has different markings on all 4 sides of the bottom but 1 side has a mark or seal or... something on the marking! What is that?

Also the word or name or saying on the bottom looks more middle east writing (with the small accent over the little e ) than oriental characters? Can anyone tell what it says?

Any idea what I have? Or how old it is? Or where it's from? Or what it's made of? It seems really different than my last one (a small brass or bronze seal with a foo dog top/handle) & I'm hoping it's something special?

PS - I saw the price in sharpie in the bottom after taking the photos - I will remove it!

 

Dragon...soapstone seal stamp, used with red ink. Tourist souvenir with name in English ( IAN ). Not sure what script the translated name is in. The symbol is probably wealth or luck or happiness. Dime a dozen at this quality.

 

Totally with @aaroncab on this, pretty low quality, they get a LOT better even tourist ones.
