Any info on this rug?

Hello, hope everyone is doing well. For awhile I was not able to log in due to some security issue. Happy to be back and see that forum is better than ever. All is well with me. Busy with work and did bunch of furniture remodeling. Went to visit family in May, I miss Europe for 2 yrs. Sales are slow, but things will get better, I’m sure. Wanted to ask about this little rug, it’s very pretty, it’s wool I think , 4fx6f. It appears that it had signature, some writing at the edge. Any feedback will be appreciated.
