Any info on this painting or artist?

I have this painting that I bought in Germany. I dont know who the artist is nor did i find anything online. I know its old based on the back.

The original...to what? It looks like an original painting by the same artist as your painting - with a matching signature. I'm guessing by the titles of the works in the auction records on findartinfo that Johannes Horn is the artist of both your painting and the one in the Chairish link. I haven't found much more info about him other than German, born in 1899.

 

Not much more on a German site either. Johannes Horn was born in Altona, a former fishing village that is now part of Hamburg, Germany. It says that he is mentioned as a graphic artist and painter in Altona in 1939.
