    Heavy like marble? Looks like a man made material to me. Those striations on the bottom. Resin?

    Yeah, I was gonna say hard resin also as the bottom looks to be sanded flat on a disc sander (striations).

    Its cold like stone and on the teeth feels like marble. Not resin the white spot is where it fell over its the spot that hits first looks like well I guess I will just take a real good close up pic

    Another vote for stone. That layering is seen in some stones.
    It doesn't strike me as Asian though. Maybe look for other stone birdies with glass eyes?
