Any idea what this is?

    Made of brass or bronze, hollow with a lead plug or seal in the end, threaded, and the tiny hole in the other end is threaded, and with two projections.

    The eBay listing is for a through-hull fitting, an overboard drain for a bilge pump.
    I'm without clue about the OP item.
