    Welcome to the forum!!!

The second item looks to be a cigarette holder. These were quite common back before filtered cigarettes. The mouthpiece portion may be ivory but these folks will need a close up of that portion. When you do upload the image make it a full size image to make it easier for them to see.

The other portions are also interesting. Are they any marks on the metal part? Does the green part feel cold when you place it against your cheek?

In Picture Number 7 There does seem to be an impressed mark on the Metal part of the cigarette holder. Can't see it well enough to ID though. (Picture Capture 5)

I see that too, Bdigger. @Seth123 - can you get a focused closeup of that possible mark? If you are using a non-phone camera, it should be able to be seen by using the "macro function."

To keep or not depends on how sentimental you are. ;)

The cigarette holder, about 25 to 30 pounds at auction. Compact maybe 15, it's rather nice. Made by Stratton.
