Antique WWII era painted urn

    BE530563-A10A-41A6-9B83-17D5F31CCA7B.jpeg Any idea what this urn is from? All we know is that a family member brought it back from fighting in Germany during WWII with Patton's third army. Any insight appreciated!

    A closeup photo of the image of the 3 ladies, a photo of the bottom & a clear closeup photo of any marks might help us to identify your piece.

    Also, does the lid come off & the sections that go to the eagle handles on the side look strange to me? Are they metal? What does the other side look like & how big it the piece?

    Mid nineteenth I’d think and part of a garniture.
