Antique Stuffed Dog Toy on Wheels - Any Info?

Hi,
I hope there are some Toy people here who might recognize this guy. I’d appreciate any info (brand, date etc…) Would you place this in the 1930s?

I searched this on Google Lens, and found lots of similar models (particularly by Chiltern and Steiff) but nothing that looks like an exact match.

This measures about 15 inches long and 15 inches high - including the wheels.

There would have been a handle attached to the carriage that would allow it to be pushed like a stroller.

looks like my old Bedlington terrier - named Terry. Yep - really original LOL!!! I guess it could be a poodle. I wonder if those wheels are a marriage and added on by a father or grandfather? So cute!
