Antique stone seal

Can anyone help me to identify this statuette, it looks like to be a seal made from one piece of stone, I am not sure if it is Chinese or from another country and how old it can be?

Thank you Judy, it is really a great forum and I've learned a lot since yesterday night.

 

These stone seals are so cool in my opinion. I would really like to get some at some point but they definitely are still making them by the boat load so they scare me a bit. So hard to date carved stone, especially when they intentionally try to make them look older than they are. I have a nice European one with silver, the silver obviously makes it much easier to date.
