    Hi all,
I have an old silver pendant which I know very little about and I'm hoping someone might be able to tell me approximate age and origin and also what exactly it is and if its anything special? I believe it to be silver with a black enamel?? and what looks like a small flower made from gold foil?? There are two small hallmarks at the top of the pendant. One looks like 'IZ' and the other '7+9' but I may be wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I think it is G&L instead of 7 + 9.

You have to keep in mind that jewelry marks are not always stamped in the same orientation. One may be upside down while the other is right side up.

Thanks everyone for your help so far! I agree that G+L would make a lot of sense. After doing a bit of research thanks to 'I need help' suggesting the Z could be a dutch import mark, I came up with the below image which I think looks likely. Does anyone have any idea of age? And what exactly the gold and black parts might be? Thanks again! Screen Shot 2021-08-21 at 5.52.40 PM.png

The black and gold would need to be tested,no one can tell from a photo. What is stamped in the rectangle on the back side.

It is sweet, but it doesn't look antique to me. More like second half of the 20th century. 1970s maybe?
ZI , import mark for sterling (925) or higher.:) Also used for unmarked older pieces or pieces of unknown origin that are to be sold again.
The maker's mark looks like it could be Dutch.
