Antique silver 750 enamel bracelet, any way to remove the tarnish ?

Hi Everyone ! I have this Austro Hungarian silver bracelet with enamel and seed pearls. The mark puts it at 750 silver. As you can see, the tarnish is terrible. Any thoughts on how to remove at least some of this to brighten it up ? I don't want it shiny new but the tarnish is more like damage on this piece.
I have tried a bit of Wrights on a q-tip in order to stay away from the enamel and pearls and although the q-tip turned black, it didn't make much of a difference on the bracelet.
Any thoughts or is it too far gone ?

That's actually etched into the surface. The only way is to abrade past the bottom of the pits.

Maybe try one of those silver polishing cloths? They are dry, though I confess when Ive used them it seems to take a lot longer so I dont use them much!

Thank you Terry and Johnny. I should have mentioned I have used a Sunshine cloth but it didn't do much.
Terry, so only buffing it will help ?

You probably need to start with something more aggressive than buffing. It looks pretty deep. I would start with 600 or 800 paper and work up to about 3600 micromesh before polishing.

Being as it's only inside, I would probably leave alone.

The photo is too small, but the pits look like the metal was over heated when it was made.Even sanding the surface would only produce more pits.

    Hi Calico,
That is one case for using the dreaded Tarnex. I would wet a Q-tip with the stuff and wipe it off with a paper towel. It will not harm the rest of the bracelet since it is on the Q tip. I would then take a clean Q tip and use a good silver polish to finish it off. The church I helped restore had a sash with silver embroidery on cobalt blue velvet. Even the MET people said just leave it alone. I worked very carefully with the Tarnex and got it shiny again. The MET staff were very impressed.

If all of the UCK is on the inside, the easiest thing to do is just wear it for a while. The acids in skin eat tarnish eventually, and you don't have to worry about nasty chemicals.

It looks very much like fire scale and over heating enough to cause solder to run out of the seams. The pits were also caused by over heating,it's surprising the solder wasn't cleaned up "lack of QC". It probably can be polished a bit to make it look better, but with 750/800 silver the scale is usually fairly deep.

I'd leave it be. It's on the inside, so not visible.

    I believe it's a early Siam/Thai Sterling Niello bracelet.

Bear, I'm leaning that way. :)
Hampton, it's marked on the tongue of the clasp with Austro Hungarian marks for date and content. :)
