Antique-Ornate Silver Vessels....ID Help??

    ...and yeah if they're European, 800 silver is pretty common across a lot of countries.

    Wow, they sure are unusual! Can't make heads or tails out of the mark, though.

    Hopefully someone will be able to help...

    I have no idea what their purpose are or what they are called??...Yes,they are unusual.
