Antique Oil On Board Painting

    Took a couple quick photo's of an old oil painting I picked up. Oil on board unsigned. The back has a label from a store where the board was bought. Not finding much on the store. Google has the building built in 1920. Any way to find info on my painting?

    Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

    I found some background on the company in Google Books. Looks like it was established in 1872 by a Morris Goldberg and son, but I don't know if that was the company name. Mr. Sigmund Goldberg took over in 1882. Perhaps he was the son of Morris, but this clip doesn't explain. The clipped image comes out very small when I embed directly from Google Books. So will put the link to the page directly below it.
