Antique knife

Everybody is correct...those bird-shaped handles, made of horn with brass wings, seem to be confusing to a lot of people, but they come from a very specific area of Lebanon. I've seen full tableware sets, a dozen knives, forks spoons, as well as the dagger-shape like this one. I've got a single knife fork and spoon set picked up by my parents in Lebanon around 1959.
