Antique Extendable Copper Bath Caddy

Does anyone happen to know the value of an original copper bath rack/caddy? Also the approximate age?

I was suprised to learn the price of a modern day version, identical in design would set you back just under £100!! Just thinking if you was in the market for such an item, you'd much prefer an original I'm sure...Curious to know how this compares value wise?

 

Yes, I would prefer an original. No clue on what it would be worth.

 

Please give size. I could see this sitting in a shop for years with a $25. Price tag, but who knows what people will buy.

 

You never know. If bath caddies came back into fashion, it would fly. Put it somewhere that sells reconditioned architectural salvage, i.e. repainted claw foot tubs, and it would fly out too. Otherwise, it would make a nice display for all those multi-strand 1960s necklaces we can't sell any more either.
