Featured Antique cup

Grabbed this earlier. My initial thoughts with the help of Google were Worcester L'amour but now thinking otherwise. Any ideas please?

I'm looking at the rail station , hoping you don't drop the cup !!!!!

 

Yes there is a railway station under the cup. When I bought it in the shop along three others, some assistant guy at the counter picked it up and said 'I'm going to smash it'. I wasnt sure what action was needed to stop him but I was ready. Crazy people.

Just a weird sense of humour I think. The 'punch me in the face' variety.

I went to high school with a guy who's favourite saying was....
