ANTIQUE BRASS OR COPPER(?) TORCH SHAPE TABLE LAMP

    I found this at a estate sale I went to over the week-end. It looks old & possibly handmade?
    Any idea how old it is?
    Is it handmade or manufactured?
    Is it made of brass or copper?
    I appreciate any help.

    It's been rewired, but I think it is older like late 30s early 40s.
    Copper and chrome.
    Possibly missing the glass shade that would have directed light upward toward the ceiling.

    30s-early 40s art moderne (or machine age) table torchiere. Looks complete to me.
