Antique brass ''desk set'' by Tonks & Sons Gothic candlesticks & inkwell.

    Hello everyone .I have some question. The candle sticks marked with a Registered Design.[Made in 1882,September 12.]Inkwell do not has marks .I don't know why, is this could be?     Of course there is nothing impossible. ;) I suspect that the inkwell is not a match to the the candlesticks. In addition, you need to know that the date for registration was for date of design not the date the item was made.

    Nice, Iouri, but maybe they didn't start out as a set? They work well together though.
    That is the registration date.:)
