ANTHER THRIFT STORE FIND, ANOTHER QUESTION: MID CENTURY? CONCRETE CAT WALL ART?

    I found these today at a local thrift store. They are concrete? (heavy!) and have hooks to hang on a wall I think.
    What years are these from?
    What are they called?
    Are they meant for a home wall(they are heavy)?
    No maker mark anywhere - any idea who made them?
    PS - They measure 19.5" tall x 6" wide
    PSS - They were $14.99 for the pair - but until I find the magic eraser I made the 1 a 7 - just incase they sell at upcoming yard sale!
    Thanks in advance for any info.

    Depending on the owner's design choices, they could go just about anywhere (gag). But those hangers don't really look strong enough for something made of concrete. Have you weighed them?

    That's it! It's marked on top of head (as soon as I removed layer of dust/dirt)!

    These look like they are plaster due to the bright white scuffs where the paint has come off. If so they can’t be left outside.
