    GM , maybe Oldsmobile at 1st glance...

    don't like the made in China sticker though...!

    Very possibly after market 1960s. The knock off hub look was big in the mid 60's, like the '65 -'66 Mustang's had. Original factory versions were usually wheel size, 14 or 15 inch diameter- those look to be about 10 inch.
