Another piece of Asian Pottery that needs ID

    This came in the same boxlot as the other.

    Thank you! Getting these things id'ed before selling or discarding helps to keep me from hoarding things that have little or no value. And I have way too much junk already. :wideyed::D

    That's a six-pointed star, but the writing in the middle is either Japanese or Korean ??? It looks old.

    That's the only reason I'm asking about it. It isn't in good condition but you never know with old pottery.

    I think that mark( the writing inside of the star, not the star itself ) is known as a "fuku" or happiness mark. That term might help your search. I'm not extremely clear on when it was used though.
