Another brass candelabra (Sorry)!

I know there’s been quite a number of previous brass candelabra threads (and I did read and check a few) I got this one at a house sale. Quality looks good to me. Thinking first part of the 1900’s? Also can it be French? Stands 43cm tall and 31 across. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks and keep well

    Sorry, NOT saying that at all!!! I just thought they were 'cute'!!!! It's a NICE candelabra!!!

    candelabra with cute little feet”
    :).. I was thinking that I had something to learn about those cute little feet (like maybe they are a sign of quality or something) I have MUCH to learn.
