Featured Another attic Find Vintage Astrology Paperweight,Glass? Celluloid?

    I've had this paperweight for years or I think it's a paperweight.It appears to be glass or celluloid.I'm not sure of the age,it has been in my attic about 10-15 years.When help up to light it changes colors,the red and green appears to reflct red and green light.Really a nice piece,I just don't know anything about it.I can't find one like this one.
