Anglo Saxon Viking Straps ?

Have two iron pieces with silver and gold detail don’t know where from just in a collection I have any ideas what they could be size is approx 2 inch by 1 inch.

However, I think they could originate from further south, Moorish Spain or North Africa.

Yes I’m still trying to figure out exactly what they are , it’s part of a Museum collection I’m looking through to see exactly what I’ve got.
