    The carnelain one is HUGE. Can't decide what the blue centre is on the silver swirl.

    Very beautiful! I like all of them but if I had to choose one, it would be the one with the safety chain (is it the carnelian one?)

    It is so lovely! Although too big for me (would prefer it to be smaller) but very attractive. Is this why it has the safety chain because it is big and heavy, and can easier fall without being noticed?
    Also the ochre rectangular stone one is beautiful (all are beautiful but I somehow am inclined towards stones :)) What is the stone?

    The carnelian is fabulous! Is it gold?
    The chain looks like it might be too.
    I’ve not heard of Eggert before.

    Carnelian is pinchbeck, I reckon. But I need to look properly again. And yes, big, heavy and needs that chain.

    The Eggert is a range called flora danica, and worth rather more than the five quid I paid.

    Ochre/amber one is probably glass in a gold plated frame, and was silly cheap for its age. Where's my tester for the bar pin?
