Amber Rose Bowl: Who made it and when?

    I assume this is a rose bowl. It is about 3" tall and about 4 1/2" wide. Feet look like gnarled tree trunks. I used to know this one, but cannot remember!

    Check Smith glass for a flower arranger yours is missing the flower frog that sit on top.

    Not necessarily a rose bowl, just a flower bowl.
    Missing a glass frog that sat on top.
