amber1.JPG amber2.JPG amber3.JPG amber4.JPG This stands 1 7/8" tall and measures 2 3/4" across the top. Has a rose in the center of the top. I googled images and found 1. They are calling it Fenton but cannot find another like it.

I'm not sure I can help much here but it reminds me very much of the Sandwich pattern powder jars that were distributed through Tiara. The pattern is different but the overall design is similar and the color is very similar. Those powder jars were originally made from Indiana Glass molds but I hit a roadblock after that. This all could be a false lead though.

I think it would have had perfumed crème in it. Not sure what it was called, but that size it wouldn't be powder.

Interesting. I think if I call it a pomade, it might get attention.

I thought vanity boxes would be larger. This is tiny.

Don - Thank you from me also!!!:kiss::kiss:

I have had one of these in clear for about 4 years now. I found it among the watch/clock stuff I bought a few years back & decided to keep it for myself. I never could figure it out even though I have probably looked through that reference book many times since it came into my procession. I must have just glanced right over it at the time.:rolleyes::rolleyes:
