Featured AM China Game / What is it?

    This looks like a dominos game and it has a Am China sticker on the bottom. The logo has a mermaid on it.

    The set seems to be missing three dominos...
    Interesting selection of faces in that set... we think we're seeing Franklin D Roosevelt, Socrates, Sacagawea, Rondo Hatton, the Beast from Beauty and the Beast, the Ancient One from Doctor Strange, and the model for Munch's The Scream...

    I went to JustAnswer.com and this is what I was told.

    "This set is a Ceramic, reproduction set of at 17th C Domino Set, they are made by Whimsy and Morales. They came from a museum gift shop in Amsterdam, featuring dutch people. It is valued at $125.00-130.00"

    mep, I used to enjoy the sound of the bakelite (or was it celluloid?) clicking when we shuffled! :D

    My grandpa loved to play dominoes with us with:smuggrin: 2 sets!
