Allen and Darwin Fruit Set

Good evening

I’ve been trying to find out more information on a knife and fork set that I have. I know by the stamp that they were made by Allen & Darwin, are silver plated and have agate handles. I also believe they are fruit cutlery.

What I don’t know is when they were made and details about the case. The label on the inside lid is Gibson & Co Ltd Belfast and the place settings are for 12 sets but as you can see in the photos it has only 6 sets.

Would anyone be able to tell me if this set originally come as a set of 12 and if the box is the correct.
