    I'm not an expert so wait for a confirmation from someone else. I had several curtain rods, half rods that were on a swinging arms and curtain tie backs that all came from the same one family brownstone in the Back Bay of Boston. These were original to the building and the building was built between 1890 and 1898. Your tie backs look very similar.
