Age of religious print & frame & can anyone see auction price?

Any idea how old this is? 20's, 30's? The nails are replacements that I put in.

This is the only copy I found online that sold. Can anyone see the price?

This painting is available as a new print. I don't know if there is a premium attached to vintage copies.

 

Thank you. I thought the original, older and nicer frame might make this one more interesting to a buyer. I did see that ebay print and it is a newer frame. The only sold copy I could find was in that link above. It's a popular image on Pinterest so I'm surprised there aren't more sales listed.

Maybe you should sell frame and picture separately. Have you taken it apart? I bet if that corrugated backing has been there all along, the pack of the print will be striped.

 

AJ, I saw that website too. You can order anything as a reproduction.

I did take it apart because the back was taped on and the original nails were gone. The other side of the backing is plain so, no stripes. It's a beautiful frame so I'm thinking about selling it separately.

 

The nails are new, so odds are the backing is new too; the original probably fell apart.

 

I put those nails in. Someone just used some duct tape to hold it together. I think the backing board may be original.
