Hi. I'm looking for advice on where to get more information on these lamps. A friend sent this image and no other info. Anyone know of a good website for identification and information of non electric lighting? Thanks! Small Kerosene lamps for sale PXL_20210808_161607194.jpg

It having a soot catcher may indicate that it's not that new?

They look old and dirty, but I don't think they're 'antique old.'

    MAKERS MARKS:
On oil lamps, the marks are usually found on the button that allows you to wind the wick. The end of that button usually has a stamp.

Oil Lamp Patent Numbers and Dates
One excellent way to establish the history of your antique oil lamp is by finding a patent number or date. This is usually on the winder button, but it might also be on the another spot on the burner or base of your lamp.

Lamplight Farms wall mounted lamps. Vintage maybe, but not antique. Versions of those are still being sold new.

Thanks for your replies, and thank you Tahmoor for your excellent reference! I don't have any more info on these lamps unfortunately, as my friend only has the one image.

Betting the soot catcher is an add-on. I have maybe 10 or so of them in a box and don't like them because they don't really work all that well from my experience. Lam chimneys are not particularly old, probably from the 70's at the earliest.
