Advertising mirror - what era would you call this?

I don't know if I'd call it Arts & Crafts or what. The phone number is 2 letters and 4 numbers. I had a hard time finding definitive dates when that configuration existed. I think it's late 30s early 40s. so it may be too late for A&C.
Now I remember why I hated selling online. Creating good listing titles. Ugh. It is 11" x 5 1/2" on the bottom. Slightly narrower on top.

John Kaiss was a coppersmith until at least 1920 (based on directory and census records.) By 1930 he was the manager of the hardware store in question.

Oh, thank you both for taking the time to do that research. I'm cramming a lot of digging out of sales items today and rushing. I'm usually the research queen around here!
