    1950/60s flower necklace, signed on the dagger tag Elizabeth R….???
    Any ideas please? It’s just costume but not one of the usual suspects.
    Also, the name of the technique using those little glass balls to decorate the flowers? I know I’ve seen it before but the name is eluding me!
