Featured A glass or stone question.

I bought this yesterday from a Cshop for a couple of quid. I thought amethyst at first but I’m questioning that because of some of the facets. Some are sharp but others aren’t and I’m thinking some are moulded because of that and likely glass. The beads look so much like the real stones with the various bandings and colours but I really don’t know. Any info please anyone? Thank you.

There is Mexican Purple Passion/Parcelas Agate and Holly Blue agate is more purple than blue. Most of the "agate" beads in the photos appear to be dyed.

After thinking about it more,the purple beads could be chevron amethyst.

Thanks Holly, I think you are correct about the chevron amethyst, I’ve just found these which have a similar soft facet. That was what bothered me, the fact the facets weren’t sharply cut and looked as if they were moulded so I thought maybe the beads were glass.
