a funny thing happened on the way to my peachblow rarity...

    it appears that this is the vase listed in the Fenton Rarities book - shape seems to be identical...

    FENTON - 1940s L.G. Wright 10" Peach Blow vase Rare/Sample | eBay

    but of course there are some problems :sigh: my vase is 6" not 10" - my vase has a ground circle polished pontil - unsure if it is noteworthy but my vase has a ribbon line around the ruffles but it is only about 4 ruffles long and then stops - annnnd my vase is a uranium bomb - it lights up like Chernobyl under a blacklight - I am open to all observations and thoughts...

    Thank you for posting this. I love your title. I thought I found it on 20th Century glass as a Victorian peach blow custard glass at 5 inches but that one didn't have a foot.
