Just a couple pieces to put in the pile today. The sterling server is by gorham and it has a laser etched marking on the stainless steel. The spoon is by Stieff and thankfully it's very tarnished so no one noticed the sterling mark. By the way, I figured I'd show a few photos of all my flatware I have decided to keep and not resell. It adds up when you find a few items here and there ;)

The Gorham server looks like the Newport Scroll pattern (1983 - 2009.)

    Very impressive collection, Nate!

Kirk and Stieff is one of my favorite silver makers even when they were separate companies. I ALWAYS pick up their pieces.

I think this is the Rose pattern, but I could definitely be wrong :)

Since both Kirk and Stieff had patterns named "Rose" it's hard to distinguish between them, but my guess it that this is Stieff Rose. A lot of "references" do not specify which Rose pattern (either by maker or date) they have pictured, not to mention that some versions were "multi-motif."

    Hi,
I had a set of Stieff's Baltimore Rose that looked the same as Stieff's Rose. I am confused as mine looked exactly like the Rose pattern. Mine had a paper with it saying it was Baltimore Rose. Now I wonder if it was a separate pattern. God I hate being old.:eek::eek::eek::eek:

@Bakersgma, I wonder if they're the same Rose patterns, just made at different times????? MrNate's is on the left.....Catalog is on the right....I mean....they are SO CLOSE!!!!
