8 Frogs on bowl edge (pottery)

Found this item at the same flea market last Tuesday. 6 1/2" diameter bowl with 3 feet and 8 frogs. Glazed bottom with some numbers that I can't quite make out. Looks like B? or 3? - ?81. Found one via google images that was on eBay but no marks. They didn't know who either. Had it listed a Majolica.

I think (therefore I'm guessing) newer Vietnamese. Usually come with bamboo plants.

 

Hi Pat, You may be right . Did they have mold numbers on their items? This is a heavy piece. It weighs 2.3 pounds

Most are made in China, some, evidently, in Vietnam. Main difference I've found, is that those from China are usually glazed on the bottoms, but that may just be coincidence.
