4 Paintings

Trying to figure the artist name. The first looks like Mary but struggling with the other one. No sure if the painting with the house is by the same artist. Could not find the same signature like the other ones but something like initials. The year looks like "97"?
Can't tell for sure if amateur or trained artist.

I guess the first three are by the same artist, yeah. The fourth is not a bad neighbor for the others. In the right rustic kitchen or den, I think they would be charming. Can't help with the artist identification...

Same here. I think they fall into the Interesting Amateur category. They don't feel trained, but there's something to them. I love the red sky over the house. It looks like a garden house rather than a home, unless it's a gussied-up shotgun.

 

Or, a folly.

 

All I get is 47, then Mary Dav......., which I think you had already gotten. They'd make a bright kitchen grouping!!

 

I would put them under category, primitive style painting, except maybe pic no.2, which has beautifull form and stroke

 

In the first orange signature I see Dav and the last 2 letters look like at or ot. In the second signature the last 2 letters look like of or oB.
