3rd Inna Series; 13 Waves Around a 5-Lobed Flower?, Unsigned

    8" diameter, 1 1/4" high, ~5 3/8 foot rim; ~13 1/2 oz.
    This is from the same fellow, an' maybe 3-5 years later than the others, so 2003 or so.
    The small, singular an' isolated central figure must surely have some special significance, I'm convinced. With luck, some of you will have a clue about this shallow bowl an' its decor; waves on lattice, an' the conjoined 6 (3 & 3) features on the backside. I am, as usual, unable to offer more than essential specifications an' a few humble words of a descriptive nature.
    None of these three pieces shows use-wear, which raises immediate questions about age...beyond that, I'm on your mercy here. Thanks for lookin'!

    First impression was of some kinda joke...but on reflection, that may be a legitimate person or enterprise, not otherwise.
