Featured 3 jade and silver tea cups

    I don’t know anything about these except what can be seen by my eye, the jade is very thinly carved and they are unmarked.

    I bet she does; those decorations don't look Chinese. Jade carved that thin; it's a good trick doing that without cracking the stone.

    I pick the paper wrapped cakes. Only because I just recently learned about them on here !

    So, as a generality, I have found that tea tastes better in Britain and coffee tastes better in North America. But Starbucks is Starbucks wherever you go -- kinda like McDonalds.

    I do like the cups and think Tibetan also. Is it sacrilege to polish the silver -- at least the rims from which you drink?

    they started out gleaming I'd think....so ya....polish away...!

    why would anyone drink hot tea from a cup with a silver rim.......would not u burn your lips???

    Hmmm, I didn’t think of the silver weight.
    i think you could drink OK, the silver around the rim is paper thin I don’t think it would hold any heat.
