2 UNSIGNED PAINTINGS - BY SAME ARTIST?

    I found these going through some stacks of paintings I've collected over the years. I think they were done by the same artist?
    Any thoughts on them as art?

    PS - Doesn't the girl on right in first photo kinda look like Julia Roberts - but a Julia raised in harder times?
    PSS - if it doesn't look like her then just blame it on cabin fever after being stuck in my house with no end in sight!
