    Zapotec in style, not Aztec.
    Both are souvenirs, the small one is pretty recent.
    The bigger one is a beauty, and could be an antique tourist piece.;) 'Pre-Columbian' fakes were already made in the 19th century. I don't know much about dating the old fakes, but maybe this one is a little later, early 20th century?
