These are gonna go to eBay, but I would like to accurately describe them in my listings. The large one is 25.6cm (10 1/16") diameter, with a 33.3cm (13 1/8") cast-iron grip; the rivets are 11.4cm (4 1/2") apart. Weight is 1029 grams. The small one is 21cm (8 1/4") diameter, with a 27cm (10 1/2") cast-iron grip; the rivets are 10cm (3 7/8") apart. it weighs 618 grams. I sure do wish I had the pots that go under these! Thanks for your help...an' for lookin'!
I'm seeing: Lollipop lid cover Splash lid Stick lid Flat lid But I know nothing about these, so wait for others.
Please provide a link to your listings, I'm looking for a lid for my French copper saucepan. I agree with "lollipop lid" as keywords, and they are flat lids with stick handles. When you list, consider providing a close-up photo of the edge. Knowledgeable copper pot/pan collectors like to see the thickness of the copper... some are better than others. I don't know if yours are French or not, though they do appear in the French style, but I'm not concerned with that. Everyone seems to claim their vintage copper pans as French but, unless marked, very often they are not. Helpful info: https://www.vintagefrenchcopper.com/identification/construction/all-about-lids/
I certainly will, bluumz. An' Thanks for that hugely informative link! So very much to know... The copper used on my two lids is .046", or ~1.17mm thick.
