2 rhinestone pins, trying to get any information on age, origin or maker.

    1. Diamond shape, measures 1 3/4" wide, no makers marks.

    2. Teardrop shape, measures 1 3/4" wide, stamped on the back with the number 7.

The findings, hinge & safety clasp, of the first one put it squarely into the 20th century. The second one appears to be older (need to see the hinge better) & has somewhat of a Halley's comet vibe to it.

Here are some more photos of the second pin. On the first one do you think, early or mid 20th Century, thanks. DSC_0010.JPG DSC_0011.JPG DSC_0012.JPG

First one is twenties into thirties. I think the comet is early 20th.

First one: mid-20th (I'm afraid it hasn't aged well) Second one: early 20th IMO

Pot metal and rhinestone, and 30s rhinestone on the first one. Stones from that era often don't hold up well.
